When I got the clubs out of the box, I kept looking at them because they are kid sized but look like adult clubs. So freaking cute!! They even came with a kid sized hat and towel. Love this purchase!!! I wanted a nice set since I have a lot of kids that will end up using them. :) My husband took my older three to the range, and the sizing was perfect for them. Can't wait until they are old enough to actually golf with us.

I bought a set of these clubs a few years ago for my son as his first set of clubs. I bought them from a local golf shop and not Amazon but I wanted to review them anyway.

The clubs are high quality and the size, weight and flex are all fitted for younger players. Taylor Made has 3 models of these clubs depending on the age/size of the junior player. I don't know of TM still does this or not but when I bought these they had a program where you could trade in the previous set of jr clubs for the next size and get a significant discount. Taylor Made would then donate the old/used clubs to various junior golf programs.

A big Kudos to Taylor Made for their customer support. A friend of my son was fooling around with one of the drivers and ended up breaking it. My wife brought it up to the store where we bought the clubs and a Taylor Made rep happened to be at the store that day. Not only did he replace the broken driver on the spot he also gave my son a dozen free TM golf balls. It was a very nice gesture that I'll remember every time I make a golf purchase.

I'm a long time golfer and this is a great set of clubs for junior golfers. The shafts are extremely flexible compared to adult clubs but that's exactly how they should be for young kids. Don't make the mistake of taking old adult clubs and cutting down the shafts - it won't work because the shafts will be way too stiff for a child. Giving a child adult clubs isn't a good idea either because they're way too long for kids.

If you like golf and want to get out with your kids - this is a great way to get them started with the game.
